What other Services do we Offer?
We offer a wide array of services in addition to the general counselling and rehabilitation services. Our goal is to assist motivated individuals including those who have served their time and paid their debt to society - compete for a job, attain stable housing, support their children and their families, contribute to their communities and achieve crime-free, self-sufficient living. Therefore, our list of services are geared towards that goal.
We envision a second chance for individuals released from incarceration into communities in the Baltimore Area by creating a pathway for the successful Rehabilitation and reintegration thereby contributing to reducing recidivism, unemployment and homelessness; and empowering participants to make sustainable personal changes that positively impact society.
Halfway Houses
Our Halfway Houses provides for people with physical, mental, and emotional disabilities, or those with criminal backgrounds, to learn (or relearn) the necessary skills to re-integrate into society and better support and care for themselves.
We provide social, medical, psychiatric, educational, and other similar services to prepare clients for complete independent living.
Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program
The Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program assists individuals with moderate to severe mental illness achieve optimal level of independence.
The program helps link clients with services and resources in the communities and assist in developing improved daily living skills like personal hygiene, organizational skills, time management skills, nutrition, and money management, as well as achieving healthy coping mechanisms for mental illnesses.
Care Coordination
We provide individualized case management that includes coordination of related addiction treatment, healthcare, mental health, social, vocational, and housing services.
We integrate these services at this and other levels of care as well as making referrals as needed.
